1. What is ‘Privileged Class Deviance’ ? Discuss the criticism of prof. Sutherland on white collar crime and growth of white collar criminality.
2. Discuss in detail the Chambal Valley Dacoit Vinoba Mission and Jai Prakash Narayan Mission in 1959 and 1971.

3. Explain the salient features of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
4. State the remedial measures recommended by the National Police Commission to control and Professional deviance by Police.

5. Critically discuss the sentencing in white collar time.
6. Explain the Objects and reasons of the commission of Enquiry Act. Discuss the Das Commission report on Pratap Singh Kairon.

7. Discuss the constitutionality of Third degree method with land mark case laws.
8. criticize the unethical and unprofessional practice at the Indian Bar.

9. Write short notes on any two :
(a) Medical Malpractices
(b) Ombudsman
(c) Ethics in Politics.
