1. Art. 20 of the Indian Constitution guarantees protection in respect of conviction for offenses. Examine its nature and ambit.

2. Art. 15 of the Indian Constitution has gone through a change with the chang0 in time, circumstances and need. Give a complete account of Art. 15 as it stands today with the recent judicial trends.

3. Explain the emergency provisions of the Constitution. What are the effects of emergency arises out of the failure of the Constitutional machinery in a state ?
4. Critically examine the nature of Indian Constitution. Refer to Supreme Court decisions.

5. What is the ‘procedure’ for amending the constitution ? on what grounds an amendment may be held ultra vires by the Supreme Court ?
6. what do you understand by Fundamental Rights ?. Discuss with respect to Indian Constitution.
