2. Discuss some broad features of Naturalistic education with special reference to its aims, methods of teaching, curriculum and discipline.

3. Describe the philosophy of Upanishadas-
4. Highlight Plato’s view on curriculum, method of teaching and aims and functions of education.

5. Evaluate Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of education bringing out his views on the meaning, aims of education, curriculum and methods of teaching.
6. What do you understand by social change- How far does education initiate and follow social change.

7. Discuss the relationship between education and social mobility. What factors affect the social mobility-
8. What are the aims of the education in a democracy- Is the present day education system in the country fulfilling those aims-

9. Discuss briefly the factors which have demonstrated the sign of our national disintegration. Can they be checked by the right type of education- If so, how-

c) Describe the concept of sociology of education.
d) Describe the relation between education and society.
e) Point out the role of education in a democratic country.

f) Describe the relationship between the student and Teach as per Naturalism.
g) Discuss the role of education in developing equality.
h) What are the areas of Educational Philosophy?

3. Discuss the aims objectives, curriculum and discipline of education system as per Vedic Darshan. (10)
4. Evaluate the educational thoughts and experiments of Mahatma Gandhi. (10)

5. What do you mean by ‘culture’? How do the culture of education effects the education? (10)
6. What do you understand by social change and social progress? Discuss the role of education in these changes. (10)
7. Clarify the educational aims based on the axiology of Bhagvat Gita. (10)
8. Describe the role of education in National character building in a democracy. (10)

2. What is philosophy of education? Discuss its nature, role and importance in the filed of education. (10)
3. Discuss Impact of Pragmatism as a western school of philosophy on education in terms of concept, purpose, curriculum and discipline. (10)

4. What do you mean by sociological basis of education? Describe their need and importance in education in detail. (10)
5. Discuss nature of relationship between education and society. Mention some of the major factors in the process of social change. (10)

6. Is education a social system? Discuss role and responsibilities of education as a process of social progress and modernization. (10)

7. Discuss role of education in democracy. Also discuss contribution of Education in building a sense of national integration among citizens of a democratic country like India. (10)
8. Compare methods of teaching suggested by Idealism, Naturalism, Pragmatism and Existentialism schools of philosophy. (10)
