b) Outline the problems encountered in standardization of siddha medicines.
3. a) What are the objectives of GMP. Discuss the salient features of GMP applicable to ISM drugs.
b) Describe the methods of toxicological screening of drugs used in Indian system of medicine.

2. Traditional methods of preparation of siddha medicines.
