1st Paper :
Date : 24. 11. 2014
Time : 10.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100

Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.
iii) Neatness carries more marks.
iv) Geometrical instruments should not be used.
v) Too small drawings will not be considered.

Question :
Draw the group of objects placed before you in pencil as you see them from where you are seated. The drawing may be given pencil shade, if time permits. It is not compulsory, but optional. The pencil may be used between the eye and the objects so as to see the proportion of the objects and its parts, but not to transfer the measurements obtained directly on the answer paper.

Memory Drawing

2nd Paper :

Time : 2.30 P.M. to 3.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.
iii) Draw on both the sides of the paper.
iv) Neatness carries more marks.
v) Do not use Geometrical instruments.

Draw on any two of the following :
1. A bird flying in the sky 50
2. Woodpecker 50
3. Rising sun 50
4. An elephant 50
5. A basket full of fruits 50

Nature And Colour Drawing

3rd Paper :
Date : 25. 11. 2014
Time : 10.30 A.M. to 1.00 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) No credit will be given to small drawing.
iii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.
iv) Neatness carries more marks.

Question :
Make a pencil drawing of the spray of leaves given to you and colour your drawing in watercolour as true to the nature as possible. The spray should have at least five leaves. Show separately, the detailed study of leaf and joint.

Geometrical Drawing

4th Paper :
Date : 25. 11. 2014
Time : 2.30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) All the lines of construction should be retained.
iii) Neatness carries more marks.

Attempt any five of the following :
1. In a circle of radius 3 cm, inscribe the largest possible rectangle. 20
2. Within an isosceles triangle draw a circle touching all its sides. 20
3. Construct a square of 5 cm side and escribe a circle about it touching all the four corners of the square. 20
4. Construct a triangle ABC, AB = 7 cm, BC = 6 cm and AC = 5 cm. 20
5. Draw a straight line of 9 cm and divide it into eight equal parts. 20
6. Draw a circle of radius 3 cm and divide the circle into six equal parts. 20
7. Construct an angle of 120° without using the protractor and divide it into four equal parts.

Design And Colour Drawing

5th Paper :
Date : 26. 11. 2014
Time : 10.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) You must not have any books, notes or written papers with you other than that supplied to you for the use in this Examination.
iii) Geometrical instruments may be used.
iv) Neatness and good colour scheme will get more marks.

Question :
Draw a regular hexagon of 7 cm side or draw a square having 13 cm side. Within this make a design with geometrical forms and complete it with suitable colours.
Should Not Use Less Than Three Colours.

Freehand Drawing

6th Paper :
Date : 26. 11. 2014
Time : 2.30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the answer paper.
iii) Neatness carries more marks.
iv) Tracing paper should not be used.
Question :
Enlarge the freehand chart supplied to you to suit the size of the paper provided with pencil.
No credit will be given to small or the same size drawing.
