Introduction to e-XAM Online
e-XAM ONLINE is the online version of the recruitment exam conducted by BARC Mumbai.
e-XAM ONLINE version of the exam is very similar to the regular exam, the only difference being the mode of answering.
In the regular exam, you mark your answers on the OMR sheet with a pen.
In e-XAM ONLINE, all you have to do is to click on the correct answer on the screen using the mouse.

‘Online Exam’ means the candidate sits in front of a computer at the examination centre and the questions are presented on the computer monitor and the candidate answers the questions on the computer through the use of mouse. Unlike the traditional paper-pencil based test which is generally offered on a single day to all candidates, Online Exam will be offered over a period of time and the candidate can choose the Center, the Day and Time of his/her convenience to take the test.
Online Exam Pattern
All questions of the Online Exam are of objective type (multiple choice questions with only one correct choice of answer). Each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1mark). No marks are awarded for questions not attempted. While the candidate can skip a question, the computer will not allow the candidate to choose more than one option as correct answer. There will be 100 questions in all. The questions are so designed that a good candidate will be able to answer 100 questions in 120 minutes.

What will happen if I take online test demo for BARC exam?
Can I retake online demo test more than once or restricted for once?
Last time there were only 15-16 questions taken from all the branches just to give some idea of online mode. So that you can know how to move to next question, how to log in etc. So it wont be helpful to repeat the demo as you will see only 2-3 questions of your branch. However you could attempt it as many times as you want.
Thats what happened last time. I think it will be the same this year.

In admit card it is clearly mentioned that no calculator is allowed.. But I have heard that exam pattern of BARC is similar to GATE. If calculator is not allowed then should we expect only theory based question rather problematic?

1) slew rate = 1 volt /micro seconds , Fm = 80kHz then what is maximum voltage ?
Vm = slew rate /(2*pi*Fm) = 1/(2*3.14*80*k)micro = 12.5 volt
2) both input voltage connected to non-inverting terminal , V1=2v , V2=1v , Rf=20kHz , R1=10kHz then what is V0 ?
V0= (Rf/R1) * (V1+V2) = (20k/10k)*(2+1) = 2*3 = 6volt
