1. Answer the following question in about 1000 words :
a. Discuss the various home factors that influence the child’s behaviour. What are the roles of parents as teachers and guidance workers ?

b. What are the aims of guidance programmes at the Elementary School Stage ? Describe the various guidance services that constitute a guidance programme in schools.

2. Answer the following question in about 1000 words :
a. Parents lay the foundation for a balanced socio-emotional and moral development of their children. Illustrate.

b. ‘The child ‘reconstructs’ and ‘reinterprets knowledge’. Discuss the mental processes involved in reconstructing and reinterpreting knowledge.
